2. General Principles
We want every client to feel confident in their purchase. This policy balances fair consumer protection with the nature of our services, which include live consulting time, immediately deliverable digital products, and multi-week programs with scheduled content releases.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. Approval depends on the service type, elapsed time since purchase, degree of service delivery, and the specific circumstances described in your request. We process approved refunds within fourteen business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available based on dissatisfaction with organizational outcomes, since individual results depend on personal effort, household circumstances, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results from any service.
3. Consulting Services Refunds
3.1 Initial Consultation Sessions
If you cancel a scheduled consulting session at least forty-eight hours before the appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund of the session fee or may reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before the session may receive a fifty percent refund or one complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations with less than twenty-four hours notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion for a rescheduling fee of twenty-five percent of the session cost.
3.2 Multi-Session Consulting Packages
For consulting packages that include multiple sessions:
- Full refund available if no sessions have been conducted and the request is made within fourteen days of purchase.
- Partial refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions if at least one session has been completed and the request is made within thirty days of purchase.
- No refund for unused sessions after thirty days from purchase or after seventy-five percent of package sessions have been completed, whichever occurs first.
3.3 Completed Sessions
Consulting sessions that have been fully delivered are non-refundable. If you experience technical difficulties during a virtual session that prevented meaningful delivery, contact us within forty-eight hours and we will offer a complimentary rescheduled session or partial refund at our discretion.
4. Educational Products Refunds
4.1 Digital Products
Digital educational products — including workbooks, templates, guides, and checklists delivered electronically — are eligible for a full refund within fourteen days of purchase provided that:
- You have not downloaded or accessed more than twenty percent of the product content
- You provide a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available after fourteen days or after substantial content access, whichever occurs first. This policy complies with applicable consumer protection regulations regarding digital content.
4.2 Physical Products
If we offer physical educational materials (printed workbooks, organizational kits), you may return unused items in their original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. Contact us before returning physical products to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
4.3 Defective Products
If a digital product fails to download, contains significant errors, or a physical product arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement, corrected version, or full refund regardless of the standard timeframes above.
5. Structured Programs and Challenges
5.1 Before Program Start
If you enroll in a multi-week structured program and request a refund before the program start date, you receive a full refund minus a ten percent administrative fee if the request is made within seven days of enrollment. Requests made less than seven days before the program start date receive a fifty percent refund.
5.2 During Program
Once a structured program has begun:
- Full refund minus the pro-rata value of completed weeks if requested during the first week of the program.
- Fifty percent refund of the remaining program fee if requested during the second week, provided less than half of program materials have been accessed.
- No refund after the midpoint of the program duration or after more than fifty percent of materials have been delivered or accessed.
5.3 Program Cancellation by Us
If Wristsfaunaox cancels a structured program before or during delivery, enrolled participants receive a full refund of all fees paid for that program or the option to transfer enrollment to the next available session at no additional cost.
6. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services fully delivered as described at the time of purchase
- Custom-created materials developed specifically for your household after work has commenced
- Third-party fees or charges passed through to clients (payment processing fees may be deducted from refunds where permitted by law)
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as final sale at the time of checkout
- Gift purchases after the gift has been redeemed by the recipient
7. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:
